- Pickup is currently in the early access phase.
  Ride requests open city by city after the official launch.
  Your subscription does not guarantee immediate orders, but it defines your priority position once requests become active in your area.

- After the official launch, ride & delivery requests will start opening gradually by city.
  
  Your subscription plan determines:
  - your priority level in the driver queue
  - how early you receive requests
  - your earnings percentage
  Higher plans are placed ahead of lower plans after launch.

3️⃣ What is the difference between Bronze, Silver, Gold and Founder?
- The difference is priority and earnings after launch.
  - Bronze — lowest priority, entry access
  - Silver — earlier access than Bronze
  - Gold — higher priority and better long-term earnings
  - Founder — highest system priority and locked founding terms
  Founder positions are limited and will never be offered again.

- Yes — upgrades are available during the Early Access phase.
  You can upgrade your plan before the Early Access program ends to secure a higher priority position after official launch.

  - Once Early Access closes, priority positions and founder terms are locked
  - Upgrades will no longer affect launch priority after Early Access ends

- Yes.
  Ride and delivery availability depends on city-level rollout and local demand. Your subscription determines priority within your active area once services are available there.
  If your city is not active yet, your priority is reserved for launch in that location.

8️⃣ What happens if I stay on a lower plan?
- You can continue using the platform with your current plan.
  
  Lower plans remain active, but after official launch:
  - They are placed lower in the driver queue
  - They receive requests after higher plans
  - Earnings potential may be lower compared to higher tiers
  Upgrading during Early Access allows you to secure a better position.

9️⃣ Can Pickup change subscription terms in the future?
- Pickup may update platform features or policies as the service evolves.
  
  However:
  - Early Access priority positions are respected
  - Founder terms are locked once Early Access ends
